Your order will generally ship within 24 hours of being received, except on weekends. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice by FED EX or USPS. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination; please refer to the FED EX ground outbound map provided below for estimate transit times in business days. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order. Please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international or bulk ordering options.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unopened, undamaged and resalable condition items for a prompt refund or exchange. Due to safety and health reasons, we can only accept return of products that are not opened. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. New shipping and handling charges will apply to exchanges. Products being returned are your property until they reach us in the conditions stated above.
