Shipping Policy:

Your order will generally ship within 24 hours of being received, except on weekends. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping methods FED EX or USPS. When you place an order, we will send you tracking information and it is your responsibility to track your package.  If you do not receive your package within 7 business days of the day the tracking info was issued, you must contact us on the seventh day and we will investigate further. If you do not contact us regarding the lack of delivery promptly within this time frame, we cannot be responsible for any further tracking/locating service.  Once a package is confirmed delivered via tracking info to the address you specified, we are no longer responsible for the package.  We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered, and then go missing for any reason whatsoever. All orders with a value of $300 or more with require a Signature verifying receipt of the package.

Return Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unopened, undamaged and resalable condition items for a prompt refund or exchange. Due to safety and health reasons, we can only accept return of products that are not opened.  Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. New shipping and handling charges will apply to exchanges or a restocking fee of $30 will be deducted from returns where shipping was free. Please call our office to obtain an RMA for all returns. All returns must have an RMA to be issued a refund.  Products being returned are your property until they reach us in the conditions stated above. Therefore, it is your responsibility to mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below:
